This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding order processing, delivery, and tracking. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.
1. WHO HANDLES SHIPPING
All products sold on villasupply.com are fulfilled and shipped directly by the brand or supplier. Each brand coordinates shipping timelines, carrier choices, and logistics to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST may begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Free Standard Shipping: All orders have free shipping.
4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Villa Supply currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working toward expanding our service areas.
5. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
Our partner brands utilize trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS for domestic deliveries. Certain oversized or heavy products may ship via freight carriers, and customers will be contacted to schedule delivery appointments when necessary.
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your shipment is delayed, shows delivered but is missing, or arrives damaged, please email support@villasupply.com within 48 hours of the reported delivery date. For damaged shipments, take clear photos within 24 hours of receipt and email them along with your order number. We will assist you with the supplier or carrier to resolve any issues.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipping information at checkout. Villa Supply is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
9. LARGE ITEM AND FREIGHT DELIVERIES
Certain oversized products, such as outdoor kitchens, daybeds, and BBQ islands, may require freight delivery. If your order ships via freight, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the shipment.
