Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website, via Shop or by entering your tracking number at villasupply.com/track.

In general, standard returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and the product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. Some items may not be eligible for return due to brand-specific policies.

Yes, all products sold by Villa Supply include a manufacturer warranty. If you experience any issues with your product, our team will assist you directly and manage the warranty claim process on your behalf.
